Jill Sixx G. did not set out to be a trailblazer, it just happened. A big fan of the horror genre, she set out with her friend “Scary” Gary to put together a showcase for horror films, and included independent horror films, for fans and filmmakers alike. The “Slaughter Movie House” became a success, screening films such as “American Mary” (2011) to “Almost Human” (2013) and great classics. Her love of the genre translated into her first film, “Call Girl” (2014) when she stepped in to help out, and ended up directing! Film happens sometimes, and for Jill, that wasn’t a bad thing.
