Film Reviews: Hell is Full (2010) - By Brian Morton
Posted on Wednesday, September 01, 2010 @ 17:25:24 Mountain Daylight Time by Duane

Whenever I see a Big Biting Pig Production come onto my desk, I get excited. Steve Hudgins and crew never fail to make great indie movies that usually have a twist ending and a great story. Well, their new movie, Hell is Full, doesn't disappoint.

At the start of the movie, people are getting sick and dying...then returning to life and craving flesh...you know, your standard zombie beginning. Well, count on Steve and the Big Biting Pig crew to take a zombie movie and tell it in a new and original way, and he does here. Hell is Full is told in a non-linear style, we meet people as zombies and then we're told how they got to be that way, and as the story unfolds, we find out how this all happened and we get clues as to where this might be going!

Hell is Full is a very cool low budget zombie movie, Hudgins and crew always write characters that are believable and realistic, then mixes in some horrific scenarios to bring us movies that manage to be great horror that's grounded in reality...and Hell is Full doesn't break their streak! I'm giving Hell is Full 4 out of 4 cigars, I never once thought that this was 'just another zombie movie', it's fresh, original and a fun little undead romp!
