Rogue Cinema Sleepover Girl - August 2007

Michelle Shields

All About Michelle:

Name: Michelle Shields

Age: 20

Location: Chicago, IL

Some of my favorite things: Blood, guts, horror, puppies, movies with musical sequences (not just musicals), bad cover songs, soundtracks to movies like Day of the Dead and Return of the living dead, BATMAN, villains ( I always root for the bad guy ), psychoanalyzing everything, acting along when I watch my favorite movies, taking pictures, making films, and most importantly… coke~a~cola and kit kats!

Most people would be surprised to know that I: am very old fashioned and I don’t care for pop culture… I’d be very happy in the 40’s or 50’s.

Hobbies / special skills: I love paintball, I’ll wait for days just to snipe you. I build model kits, I read lots of comics (mostly batman, death, preacher, etc), I love video games and I love talking to people about movies.

Number of years acting / modeling: About 8 I’d say.

Favorite genre(s) and or film(s): Horror, comedy...dark comedy is the best! Return of the Living Dead, Shawn of the Dead, Dead and Breakfast, Marx Brothers films (horse feathers), Bella’s Dracula, Robin and the Seven Hoods, Angels with Dirty Faces (I love James Cagney!) Goodfellas, Motel Hell, Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, original House on Haunted Hill, Monster Squad, 1960’s Batman, V for Vendetta, Slither, Star Trek…. God… I really could go on forever…

Acting / modelling gigs that I'm the most proud of: Voices from the Graves because I am co-staring in that one with my good friend Bob D’Zar, and getting to work with Larry Thomas on Working Title.

What I look for in a potential acting or modeling job: What kind of a role I would have, who is doing the film, what are they shooting on and actually reading the script.
