Most people would be surprised to know that I: have my own production company, Silent-But-Deadly Productions, with my friends, Heather Amos and Brooke Lemke.
Hobbies / special skills: In addition to acting, I also write. I won an award for a screenplay I wrote in 2000.

Favorite genre(s) and or film(s): I love horror, especially Asian Horror, and Italian Giallo.
Acting / modelling gigs that I'm the most proud of: I am very proud of my work on the feature film, “Group Home.” I played Shelly, the meth-addicted manager of the group home. I also enjoyed working on the horror feature, “Tales Of The Dead.” It was the first time I worked with Heather and Brooke, and it was on that set of that film that we got the idea to start our own production company. And most recently, I enjoyed doing, “13 Hours In A Warehouse.” The special effects makeup was a blast!
What I look for in a potential acting or modeling job: I love working in independent film. It’s fun to work with a director who may not have a lot of money, but has an idea that he or she believes in. For modeling, I enjoy pin-up and artistic photography.

Shortly after graduation, she won the Best Breakthrough Screenplay award at the New York International Independent Film And Video Festival for her first feature length script. Her interest in film led her to begin taking acting classes and auditioning for films in the Twin Cities area. In the past few years, Rachel has acted in numerous local and independent shorts, features, music videos, and television shows. She is set to direct her first feature film in the fall with Silent-But-Deadly Productions, the production company she started with her friends Heather Amos and Brooke Lemke.
