Rogue Cinema Sleepover Girl - December 2008

Tucky Williams

All About Tucky:

Name: Tucky Williams

Age:

Location: Lexington, Kentucky

Some of my favorite things: meditation, yoga, philosophy, working out, eating, being a dandy, sleeping, watching movies, Russian literature, staying up all night, talking and not talking, and general misbehavior.

Most people would be surprised to know that I: am a meteorologist. I went to school for it and actually had job doing the weather on a morning news show. That was my attempt at having a “real” job. But my heart wasn’t in it. I’ve had to accept that I’m an artist and I’m not going to be happy unless I’m being creative. Surprising fact #2: I don’t do sleepovers.

Hobbies / special skills: I love playing my guitar! I also figure skate, ride horses, and I think I’m a pretty good dancer.

Number of years acting / modeling: I started doing plays when I was thirteen. My formative years were spent in the theater. All the other actors were grown-ups and I was the only kid. That toughened me up.

Favorite genre(s) and or film(s): Gangster movies and action movies. I think the best examples of those genres are Pulp Fiction and Terminator 2.

Acting / modelling gigs that I'm the most proud of: Getting to play an iconic character like Vix in Dead Moon Rising.

What I look for in a potential acting or modeling job: A big paycheck… and nice, juicy characters I can sink my teeth into.

Bio:
Tucky Williams made her acting debut as Dana, the female lead in the independent feature film "Shadows Light." A meteorologist, she has worked on-air for the ABC affiliate in Lexington, Ky. Tucky also works as a yoga instructor. In her free time, she enjoys meditating, practicing yoga, playing guitar and studying philosophy. Tucky also has feature roles in the film "Blink" and the television pilot "Bottle Rockets."

Tucky is currently promoting her new website and working on two projects for Annubis Digital Pictures: Dead Moon Rising 2 and new series called Requiem for the Fallen.
