I just got an email about this event. Since it's relatively close to where I live (Detroit), I'm giving serious consideration to going. And, since it's Chicago, I think I can talk Bev into it!!! She had a great idea, and I know it's a huge thing, but her idea was what if the Rogues attended this convention. I thought it might be a good idea, but travelling and paying to stay in Chicago can be a huge pain, but it might be cool! Here's a link to the info:

I'm not confirmed on anything yet, and I'm certainly not going to pay $130 just to sit in the front rows, but I might attend and I would definitely go to the movie fest! Just thought it would be worth posting here to see if anyone else might be interested. _________________ Remember what Dino DeLaurentis said when he was asked to add an 'after story' to his 70s remake of King Kong..."When Monkey Die, Everyone Cry, The End"

Well, it is quite a while off, but with as tight as money is going to be in the next six months for me - I just don't know how possible it would be for the likes of me to show Still, Romero and Gunn being there makes it damn well worth any horror geek dropping in
I'd love to get a copy of Tromeo & Juliet signed by Gunn, and tell him to do the world a favor and change his Dawn remake's title into something like "The Mall Zombie Massacre" so it isn't compared to one of my favorite films anymore _________________ Josh Samford
