I'm not sure why they put a verification in the article ratings, but it's been fixed and removed now. I wasn't aware there was even one there until this morning when I got to wondering why people haven't been voting on articles.
Basically, they had it set in the script to ask for security verification as long as the graphics check was enabled in any way on any page. So I changed it to be what it should be and now it doesn't show up at all, which is what it should do...or not do as the case may be.
So now you can vote away to your heart's content.
