my roomie got the greatest american hero dvd and made me sit down and watch it. being not that old, i definately did not catch this 80s show during my childhood but i thought it was hilarious wholesome fun. danny tanner aka bob saget, is even in an episode. id recommend it for the 80s fan. funny stuff. you cant not like curly blond locks.

Yeah I used to love that show. I watched it every week. It was lots of fun. I just wish they would have let him get control of the suit and his different powers faster. Him fumbling around in the suit and not being able to fly worth a crap got old after a while.

There's just so many series out on dvd now that it makes it impossible to get all the ones you want unless you're rich. It sucks. Sad

If I bought every great show like this, I'd be not only bankrupt, but begging on the streets!! The GAM is a fond memory of my childhood. And who can forget that theme song? Believe It Or Not, I'm Walking On Air. This will date me horribly, but here goes, I owned a vinyl 45 of the theme by Steven Bishop!!! And I played the hell out of it. Alright, insert your own 'old guy' joke here!

This is a "special" show for me because I loved it when I was literally in pre-school, which was a great time of my life. Robert Culp was his partner, right? I too remember the theme song and his costume most fondly.
