Pizza the movie is now out on DVD. I'll be reviewing it for the magazine soon as well. If you want to check it out, you can see the trailer on their website. I personally think it looks pretty fun.

Oh crap, I knew your name sounded familiar. Welcome to the forums here Craig. You won't have to wait long to read the review. The new issue is coming out on Tuesday night a little after midnight. Feel free to send me whatever comments you have after you read it. _________________ Duane L. Martin Webmaster - B-Movie Central Editor / Webmaster / Staff Writer - Rogue Cinema

Hmmmmm, I guessing by that response to my presence the verdict isn't "Greatest movie ever made in the history of the world of the universe...please, please, I've re-morgaged my house to buy all remaining copies."? no? _________________ www.pizzathemovie.com

No, I said oh crap because I saw you had joined the forums and I knew I recognized the name but I couldn't think from where. Then it hit me who you were. See, I just watched the movie and reviewed it like 2 days ago, and I've got 6 reviews and an interview in the next issue, plus I'm the editor and I have to put everyone else's stuff together and get it in the magazine and proofread everything, so everything's just kinda dumping on my head at the moment and I'm only really retaining what I'm doing at the moment and then that gets pushed out by what I do in the next moment. Don't worry about the review. If you're really desperate to see it I can show it to you now. Wouldn't want you sitting around sweating over it or anything. _________________ Duane L. Oh, I'm not sweating it at all...I've already read very horrible and very good reviews elsewhere, so I'll be okay with whatever you have to say. I will however, try to get Donald Gregory and Jason Muzie to stop by and contribute to the forums. Oh yeah, that's right. I said it...Jason Muzie...be afraid...be very afraid...

Hey cool, tell him to bring his sock puppets.
I think you'll be happy with the review. I can't imagine how anyone could give it a bad review. _________________ Duane L. Martin Webmaster - B-Movie Central Editor / Webmaster / Staff Writer - Rogue Cinema

Thanks for the kind words Duane, I'm glad you enjoyed the movie...and I hope you like the special features. (IMO, the 'making of' is the funniest thing on the disc) Bit of triva for you though, I was quietly chuckling when you were prasing the editor over the director. One of Donald's pet peeves with low-budget films is when someone uses the same name over and over again in the credits when someone does multiple jobs. His full name is Donald Edward Gregory... Again, thanks for the review...it was fun to read, not to mention relieving. _________________ www.pizzathemovie.com

So he was the editor? I wish I'd have known that. Wouldn't have changed the review, because the editing was great, but I feel stupid now talking about him like it was a different person. Actually, I just modified the review so I don't look like an idiot. Thanks for letting me know.
I'm glad you liked the review too. I really enjoyed the movie. Hope the review can send some sales your way. _________________ Duane L. Martin Webmaster - B-Movie Central Editor / Webmaster / Staff Writer - Rogue Cinema
