Just got some news about this horror gem that's thus far boasting an all-star cult movie cast and some cool special f/x:
Quote:
Chilling creatures and a veteran cast top line the new horror epic Fallen Angels.

Starring Michael (Star Trek: The Next Generation) Dorn, Bill (Devil's Rejects, House of 1,000 Corpses) Moseley, Adrianne (America’s Next Top Model, My Fair Brady) Curry, Kane (Jason X, Friday the 13th) Hodder, Christie (WWE Diva) Hemme, Michael (Hills Have Eyes) Berryman, David (Last House on the Left) Hess, Kevin (Invasion of the Body Snatchers) McCarthy, Reggie (Phantasm, Bubba-Ho-Tep) Bannister, and R.A. (Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3) Mihailoff, the film was lensed at the Ohio State Reformatory, the same location for The Shawshank Redemption.
The menagerie of subversive creatures and violent deaths were brought to life by Bob (Hellraiser, Event Horizon) Keen of Image FX. Written and directed by Jeff (13 Seconds) Thomas, the film opens with the demolition of the turn of the century prison and the uncovering of a sub-basement structure that houses the 100 year old remains of several brutally slain children. However, this only leads to a more disturbing discovery that eventually unveils a legion of demons and their even more chilling origins. Presented by Derek Zemrak and Leonard Pirkle, Fallen Angels is produced by Robert (Crocodile) Rowland and Myron (Zombie Nightmare) St. John.
You know everything was perfect until they got to the very end. Crocodile was a horrible piece of shit movie (thus continuing Tobe Hooper's streak of shitty movies which started with the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre... yeah I think he's an untalented hack, so sue me!) and Zombie Nightmare was bad enough to be on MST3K (though it did star Jon-Mikl THOR!) so I question the people that are producing the film. But that's just minor details because Reggie Bannister and Mikey Berryman are gonna be in this flick! YEEHAW! _________________ Jordan Garren
