Yeah, I know Jordy already started a topic on playdates for the film, but hey - let's have a big campfire type discussion for this badboy! Probably my favorite South Korean film that I have seen as of yet, and I've seen a couple dozen I imagine. A beautifully constructed plot with a strained family unit in the foreground and a giant monster movie in the background; or it could be the other way around depending on who you ask. Regardless, The Host is all that and a bag of mutated monster chips. The monster is shown in broad daylight and presents probably the most amazing visual effects I think I've seen in any Asian film to this day. Definitely reccomended from me, and I'm sure a few dudes on here will back me up on that.

You must see this movie if you have not. You MUST.
