Aqua Teen Hunger Force Volume 1 and Sealab 2021 also come out this month. Thought Josh might want to know that
Oh you know Buono, err, I mean Jesse!
I have the ATHF Vol. 1 set and am super stoked to pick up Volume 2. It has at least one of my favorite episodes. The Cybernetic Ghost of Christmas Past... From The Future Featuring Glenn Danzig and MC Chris playing a young Carl forced to eat carpet by his father. Tell me that ain't genius. I'll probably pick up Sealab as well, being that this will likely be a collection of the best episodes. The first season was just amazing, ever since though, it's kind of been slowly going downhill. Harry Goz will be forever missed. Last night's episode was pretty great though.
Anyhow, I'm blabbering. I'm not familiar with The Dreamers, but anytime anyone is wanting to discuss Adult Swim original programming, I'm right here baby! _________________ Josh Samford

I've been stoked about sealab coming out but now that we're both unemployed, I can't get it. _________________ Duane L. Martin Webmaster - B-Movie Central Editor / Webmaster / Staff Writer - Rogue Cinema
Oh snap, I love the episode with MC Peepants. That one is a classic. The Thanksgiving one where the turkeys from the future come is hilarious also. I haven't seen too many episodes of that or Sealab, but they both looked great from what I saw. 2 Sealab episodes that were totally off the wall and lots of fun that come to mind are the one where the captain gets stuck under the vending maching and the one where the crew keeps going back in the past and seeing themselves from earlier

Oh there's a ton of great episodes of sealab. There's one where Captain Murphy runs a pirate radio station and one where they're stuck in a closet and just a whole ton of great ones. Probably the most brilliant one though is called Fusebox. The power's out in the station and all you see is an outside shot of the station with the lights out through the whole episode until you get to the end. Basically, the whole episode is them talking in the dark in the station and it's absolutely hilarious. _________________ Duane L. "I want candy, any kind will do, I don't care if it's nutricious or FDA approved! If it'll make me puke like bobcats on booze! A hyperactive juice that only I can produce! And build a giant drill, bore straight into hell, releasing ancient demons from their sleep forever spell, so they can walk upon the earth and get resituated!" - MC Chris as MC Peepants
One of my favorite episodes as well. Meatwad dresses like Elvis, MC Chris makes a cameo sounding a lot like Chris Rock and Carl gets jacked up on candy! Just amazing all around "Dumber Dolls" might be my favorite episode ever though, with David Cross making an appearance as Happy Time Harry, a seriously depressed doll Frylock buys for Meatwad. Eventually, the greatest character ever also makes an appearance, Jiggle Billy. A hillbilly who loves to jiggle his hips and use his moonshine, musket and Night Vision Goggles to entertain the kids Happy Time Harry convinves him to commit suicide
"Mess up the mix! Mix up the Mess! Come on down, yo, here's the address: Saying, 6, 1, 2, Wharf Avenue! 6, 1, 2, Wharf Avenue!" - MC Peepants

Yeah, Fusebox was one of the gimmick episodes that really, really worked in my opinion. Well, I love Bizzaro and the "Uh-Oh" episode too Fusebox actually relied on really funny dialogue and showed what the Sealab writers were capable of. I forget the exact piece of dialogue, but there's this one bit Murphy comes up with... I'll try to paraphrase:
Murphy:Quinn! QUINN!..... Isn't that what they say? Quinn:.... Isn't what, what who says!? Murphy:.... What?
I forget the weird comment Murphy made before that, but the whole exchange makes no sense and seems like something Murphy made up in his head regardless, but man do I love that The whole "There can be only NONE" thing is great too. Gosh, I love Adult Swim
Stormy:Haha, Wally Gator SCHOOLED you!

I love the part in Fusebox where Stormy's all "Sweet crackers I've gone blind!" and then Debbie tells him he's not blind and that the lights are out and then Sparks pops in and says, "Maybe he is blind. Maybe he went blind independent of the lights going out."
The dialogue in that episiode is just awesome. There's another one that's really funny too where Murphy spends 100,000 bucks on a tourism commercial for sealab and they get a bunch of tourists down there. Dr. Quinn plays like Isaac the bartender in that one. It's really funny. _________________ Duane L. Martin Webmaster - B-Movie Central Editor / Webmaster / Staff Writer - Rogue Cinema
