Night of the Living Dead: Reanimated (2009) – By Jason S. Lockard

Night of the Living Dead is was an always will be in my opinion the best zombie movie of all time. Since 1968 people have been trying to recapture the magic that that film was in their own version. Now it has been “reanimated” on DVD.

The main feature of this DVD follows the storyline of the original George A. Romero film exactly as it was presented in 1968 along with the original audio. The only difference, 100 artists come together to bring their take on the scenes of this classic. The artist bring all different styles of art; including comic book panels, stop-motion, CGI and puppetry.

This was such a great idea and it could have amazing, but for me jumping between all these version of art just seemed a little hard to enjoy. The bonus feature are endless, including; commentaries, alternate and deleted scenes, short horror films and comics, behind the scene of the art, a special introduction from Count Gore De Vol and more.

So if your a zombie ‘dead-head’ you have to have this in your collection! You can get a copy for yourself by going to www.MVDB2B.com.
