Pint (2013) – By Brian Morton

If you’ve ever felt uncomfortable, or like everyone is looking at you, at a family event, then you’re going to love Nic Barker’s new short, Pint, as much as I do!

Pint is a short film about Jackson, a poor soul who just can’t seem to do anything right at a family wedding. So, what do all of us guys do at these things when we don’t feel like we’re fitting in? That’s right, he drinks! And, he drinks A LOT! And we all know, too, that nothing good comes from drinking too much at a family event, and it doesn’t for Jackson either.

I really don’t want to give this away, because it’s one of the funniest shorts I’ve seen so far this year, and it’s one that I actually watched about three times before I saw it all, because I kept laughing through part and missing things! I’m giving Pint 4 out of 4 cigars, it might be an exaggeration of what really happens, but it’s captured exactly how I feel every time I have to attend one of these events! My first thought was ‘Nic, Get The Hell Out Of My Head!’, my second thought was, ‘Nic, Keep Up The Excellent Work!’. Find out more and become uncomfortable for yourself by heading over to
