Andie Noir – December 2010

Rogue Cinema Sleepover Girl – December 2010

Andie Noir

All about Andie:

Name: Andie Noir

Age: 33

Location: Nashville, TN

Some of my favorite things: I have been collecting anything and everything vampire since I was a child so vampires are definitely one of my favorite things. I also just love spending time with friends and family of course, but laughing is one of my ultimate favorite things as well as music which I’m very fond of black metal!!

Most people would be surprised to know that I: I love sports so much especially football and hockey! I am a huge Tennessee Titans and Predators fan. I go to as many of their home games as possible. I usually look like Morticia Adams in a jersey!

Hobbies / special skills: I love horseback riding which came from growing up on a huge farm. I can ride everything from Western style to English.. I’m a huge fan of reading autobiographies and any vampire literature I can find. My new hobby is I’m currently trying to get involved in the paranormal groups here locally and go on real investigations.

Number of years acting / modeling: I’ve been modeling since 1995 for various agencies such as Wilhelmina and acting professionally since 1996.

Favorite genre(s) and or film(s): My favorite genre has always been horror!! I watched my first horror movie (The Howling) when I was a little girl and fell in love with all horror movies. I have to say Dark Shadows though television also changed my life and made me want to be apart of the whole horror world!

Acting / modeling gigs that I’m the most proud of: Though I’m very appreciative of all the work I’ve done over the years, my proudest moment has to be when I got my first full length feature film role as Carleen in Legend of Crazy George. I couldn’t have asked for a better role as an actress too, it was written in a very David Lynch way. I am currently very proud to be the scream queen for Flickering Candle Productions.

What I look for in a potential acting or modeling job: I look for roles that push the boundaries and can show the emotional strengths in women. I don’t want to play the victim, I want to be the heroine or the villain. I think its important especially in the horror genre to prove women are strong and don’t always play the dumb girl that gets killed at the beginning of the film.
