Rogue Cinema Sleepover Girl – May 2014
All about Tisha:
Age: Range: 27-37
Location: Los Angeles, California
Some of my favorite things: Warm sand between my toes, a fresh ocean breeze, watching my son smile and hearing him laugh, cabernet and the incomparable feeling of spending time with children in the system who appreciate even the slightest one-on-one quality attention.
Most people would be surprised to know that I: wear many hats—I am a mother to a 7-year-old and a college professor, in addition to an actor and producer. I also have an active Real Estate broker license.
Hobbies / special skills: Chotography, child advocacy, motivational speaking and long-distance running.
Number of years acting / modeling: Since I was eight years old.
Favorite genre(s) and or film(s): Suspense/thriller/mystery—I love a good whodunit film.
Acting / modeling gigs that I’m the most proud of: The two national commercials I shot alongside my son, as well as two films that I was in and also helped produce (40 Point Plan directed by Eric W. Williams and The Interview directed by Mike Derum) because of proud I am that these directors accomplished such a heartfelt goal in creating these films.
What I look for in a potential acting or modeling job: The thought-provoking substance of the project and the realness and creativity of the people involved in it are paramount. I appreciate working on films that are meaningful and heartfelt to the filmmakers, as well as those who leave the audience thinking about the characters and the story and pondering what they would do if placed in a similar situation.
