TV Toons To Go (2012) – By Jason S. Lockard

I recently received the DVD set ‘TV Toons on the Go’ from Mill Creek Entertainment and Cookie Jar and I have to say it is really cool. 110 cartoons on 10 DVDs. I know what most of you are probably saying here, "Cartoon?" Yes cartoons! Let’s take a look at what is in this DVD collection.

The 10 DVDs in this set contains 10 episodes on each disk. Included on this collections is "Busytown Mysteries", "The busy world of Richard Scary", "Johnny Test", "Horseland", "The Littles", "Where in the World is Caren Sandiago?", "Archie’s Weird Mysteries", "Postcards from Buster", "Heathcliff", "Get along gang", "Pole Position", "The legend of White Fang", "Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors", "C.O.P.S.", "Gadget boy’s Adventures in history", "Paddington Bear" and "Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd century"

The picture quality on these DVDs are really good except for “Get Along Gang” which seemed a little grainy but was still watchable. The DVD menus are easy to access which is a real plus for children. The cartoons from the 80s in this collection hold a very special place in my heart. When I watched them again it took me back to Saturday Mornings when I was just a kid and would sit five inches from the big screen TV and eat my bowl of fruit loops.

In the end analysis this is a great way for parents to spend time with their children and relive their childhood and a bonus is the packaging! The 10 disks come in a metal carrying case, perfect for kids to take in the car and watch cartoon on long trips on computers or portable DVD players! With over 40 hours and 110 popular cartoons, this will entertain families for years to come.

So if your interested in picking up a copy for yourself head over to or your local DVD retailer and pick up a copy of TV Toons on the Go! You won’t regret it!
