Wonder Woman: The Complete Newspaper Strip (1944-1945) – By Jason S. Lockard

IDW Publishing and The Library of American comics have joined forces in an effort to preserve the newspaper comic strip history. The Most recent is The Amazon Princess Diana, better know to the world as Wonder Woman.

Most people only know Wonder Woman from comic book, the seventies TV Show or animated cartoons, but in 1944 she had a daily adventure in the newspaper. While America was at war. Wonder Woman was doing her best to combat saboteurs, spies, thieves and the villains.

This hardcover book not only collects the entire run of the newspaper strips adventures of Wonder Woman, but also has a write up of the history of Wonder Woman as well. There are three strips to a page and are all printed in black and white. This book comes in at 196 pages in length. This is an amazing book! It’s getting a place of honor on my comic book shelf!

If your a fan of the Amazonian Princess or a fan of comics in general this book would make a great addition to your comic book collection! I highly recommend you head over to www.IDWPublishing.com and find out how to get your copy today! You are going to love it!
