Words of the Damned (2014) – By Brian Morton

There’s nothing more painful than losing a loved one!  It doesn’t matter if it’s a spouse, a boyfriend or an old friend, the hole in your life is complete and will never be filled.  That’s the premise (sort of) of Words of the Damned .

A young woman has lost her love.  When she finds a letter written to her by him, it sends her into a dream filled will bizarre images and illusions that have her wondering if her love is still alive, or if she’s losing her mind.

Words of the Damned  is a strange art film that really does speak to everyone.  If you’ve ever lose someone, whether they’ve died or just left your life completely, you’ll understand.  When you think about them, the ‘what ifs’ the ‘could have beens’ are all there, and if you let it wash over you it can feel, at times, like you’re losing your grip.  All those feelings are here in Words of the Damned !  This is a movie that, if you let it, will speak to your soul.

I’m giving Words of the Damned  4 out of 4 cigars, it’s not for everyone, but if you open your mind and your heart, you’ll get it.  Find out more by heading over to https://www.facebook.com/wordsofthedamnedfrausun.
